Draws happen on the 1st and 16th of every Nepali month.

"Only big purchases count." Not true — any genuine personal purchase over the minimum threshold qualifies, however small.
"A business PAN works just as well as a personal one." Also not true — this program only accepts a personal PAN, not one registered under a business.
"If a coupon or bill isn't claimed, it's just gone." Unclaimed prizes don't simply vanish — but claiming is entirely on you, within the deadline, at your nearest Inland Revenue Office. Nobody claims it for you.
"One purchase can win more than once." Each entry is independent and is judged on its own in each draw it's eligible for — but a single bill is still just one entry, not a way to multiply your chances.
"Any notification from an app like ours means you've won." It doesn't. A 'match' shown anywhere outside the official portal is only an informal signal — the only result that counts is the one published on prize.ird.gov.np.
