This program does not accept every bill. Before you register, check whether your bill is a genuine VAT/PAN invoice.

What does a valid bill look like?
A valid bill is one issued through a billing system registered with IRD, showing the seller's PAN, and carrying a clear serial number. Such a bill is usually printed with the words 'VAT bill' or 'PAN bill'.
What does an invalid bill look like?
A plain handwritten slip, an informal estimate, or any paper that doesn't show a PAN is not valid for this program.
What a valid bill should show
- Seller's name
- Seller's PAN number
- Invoice/bill number
- Bill date
- Itemized goods/amount by quantity
- Total amount
Tip
Clearly ask the seller for a 'PAN bill' at the time of purchase, and check that all the details above are printed on it before you leave the shop.
