Claim a prize
If your bill appears to match the published results, it's important to claim it promptly and correctly. Here's the full process.

Draws happen on the 1st and 16th of every Nepali month.
Register your eligible bills before this fortnight closes.
15-day deadline
Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the date results are published. Claims cannot be made after this deadline passes.
Where to claim
Claims cannot be made online — the winner must appear in person at their nearest Inland Revenue Office to submit a claim.
Required documents
- The original bill for that purchase — a photocopy is not accepted.
- A document proving personal identity (citizenship certificate or ID card).
- Proof of your personal PAN.
Check the official result
Confirm that your bill number matches the official result published on prize.ird.gov.np.
Prepare the original bill and documents
Gather all the documents listed above.
Visit an Inland Revenue Office within 15 days
Go to your nearest office, fill in the claim form, and submit your documents.
A 'match' is not a win
Any 'match' or notification shown in IRDCoupon is only an informal signal, not an official confirmation. Whether you are actually a winner is determined solely by the official result published on prize.ird.gov.np.
