Many wallets and banks surface a lottery or "coupon" view after a qualifying digital purchase. Labels differ by app — look for prize, lottery, or IRD incentive sections rather than a single universal menu name.

Open eSewa and check services or history related to lottery / prize / IRD incentive after a QR or merchant payment. Exact menu labels change with app updates.
Khalti
In Khalti, look under payment history or promotional/lottery sections tied to merchant QR payments. Keep the merchant receipt as backup.
Bank apps
Some bank and Fonepay-linked apps show incentive entries beside QR payment history. If you don't see one, the merchant may not be on an auto-entry rail — keep the bill and check prize.ird.gov.np.

No entry in the app?
Missing app UI does not always mean you are ineligible. Confirm the bill is a valid VAT/PAN invoice, the amount qualifies, and — for cash — that you registered on the official portal.
