Register a cash bill
A cash-paid bill is not registered automatically — you must visit prize.ird.gov.np yourself and enter each bill's details. Here are the required fields and the steps.

Draws happen on the 1st and 16th of every Nepali month.
Register your eligible bills before this fortnight closes.
Required details
| Invoice/bill number | The invoice number printed on the bill. |
| Seller's PAN | The PAN of the shop/business that issued the bill, shown on the bill itself. |
| Bill date | The purchase date shown on the bill (in BS). |
| Total amount | The final payable amount shown on the bill. |
| Payment type | Cash, cheque, or other — select cash payment here. |
| Name | The full name of the person registering (you). |
| Mobile number | Your mobile number for contact. |
Steps to register
Prepare the bill's details
Copy the seven details above accurately from the bill and keep them ready.
Open the official portal
Log in to prize.ird.gov.np using your PAN and mobile number.
Fill in and submit the bill details
Enter the details you prepared above into the form and submit it yourself.
